Mr. Shear attended UCLA, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He studied law at Oxford University in England and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received American Jurisprudence Awards for Evidence and Corporations.

Mr. Kawamura has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 35 years in Hawaii handling cases on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island of Hawaii. He has successfully handled class actions, medical malpractice, helicopter crashes, boating accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and other serious personal injury cases. He was an NBC Hawaii News 8 Ask the Expert Attorney as well as nationwide defense counsel for one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers.

He attended the University of Hawaii earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law.

Her practice encompasses all kinds of work visas, employment-based immigration, removal defense, complex family-based immigration as well as naturalization. Since joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Jin has successfully handled numerous personal injury cases, including car accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Furthermore, she actively engages in complex litigation, such as mass torts cases involving juvenile hall sexual abuse and wildfire.

Ms. Jin has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2012 and a member of the California State Bar since 2018. She is also authorized to practice law in China.
