Mr. Becker has lectured on international law and EB-5 at USC, Georgetown University, the China/US Business Summit, the US Consulate and Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou and Tsing Hua University in Bejing. Business University in Wuhan.

Mr. Shear has practiced as a business litigator in federal and state courts in CA and throughout the US for over 30 years. His practice encompasses complex business litigation in the areas of insurance coverage, professional malpractice, employment, real estate, securities, corporate governance and aviation.

Mr. Shear attended UCLA, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He studied law at Oxford University in England and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received American Jurisprudence Awards for Evidence and Corporations.

Mr. Boyer has been practicing law for over 10 years throughout Southern California. He has worked cases on both the federal and state level in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside County. His predominant area of practice has been bankruptcy, in which Mr. Boyer has represented hundreds of consumers and helped them obtain financial relief, whether it is from credit card debt, medical bills, business debt, car repossession, or even home foreclosure. At Becker Law Group, Mr. Boyer also handles personal injury cases for a wide variety of circumstances, including car accidents, unsafe premises liability, and dog bites.

Mr. Boyer obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in both Political Science and Comparative Religion from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

Ms. Jin has practiced as a business immigration attorney for a decade. Her practice encompasses all kinds of work visas, employment-based immigration, removal defense, complex family-based immigration as well as naturalization.

Ms. Jin has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2012 and a member of the California State Bar since 2018. She is authorized to practice law in China.

Kiana joined Becker Law Group in October 2017. Kiana graduated from UC Berkeley with a background of media and communication, and obtained her paralegal certification at UCLA. Kiana is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Kiana provides direct support in the area of personal injury.

Cindy Padilla has over 10 years' experience as case manager and administrator in the personal injury field. Cindy joined Becker Law Group in March 2021 as a member of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Practice Group. Cindy is fluent in English and spanish. Cindy provides direct support in all areas of personal injury. Cindy enjoys stand up comedy, traveling, and good reads. She loves serving at the orphanage and helping people in need.

Ashley Becker assists in the ongoing 2021 Dixie Fire mass tort case in pursuit of recovering damages for plaintiffs who suffered in the CA wildfires caused by PG&E. She also has experience assisting in personal injury cases. She is a clerk at both the Becker Law Group and McNicholas & McNicholas firm where she has acquired valuable skills and experience in the legal field.

Ms. Becker is currently completing her bachelor’s degree at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. After obtaining her bachelor’s, she plans on going to law school to follow her father’s steps in becoming an attorney.

Ms. Becker is an International Student Ambassador at Tsinghua University. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Jane Wu joined Becker Law Group in January, 2016 as a member of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Practice Group. Jane is fluent in English, and Mandarin. Jane has worked as a Chinese market coordinator / legal assistant, primarily in the areas of personal injury. Jane provides direct support including discovery, review and translating medical records, and trial preparation.

Jane is a vegan and spiritual practitioner. She loves building Earth ship and other works which to help people and our planet.

Tina joined Becker Law Group in April 2017 as a member of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Practice Group. Tina is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Tina has worked as a paralegal since 2010, primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, immigration law and civil litigation. Tina provides direct support including discovery, management of medical records, and trial preparation.

Tina enjoys traveling and spending time with family & friends.

Arisbel is currently attending Pasadena Community College to obtain her paralegal certificate. Arisbel is fluent in English and Spanish. Arisbel provides direct support in the area of personal injury, property damage, and medical treatment.

Arisbel enjoys Disneyland trips and she's a huge Dodger fan. Arisbel likes to spend her free time with her friends and family exploring mother nature.

Susie joined Becker Law Group in January 2020 as a member of the Pre-litigation personal injury practice group. Susie provides direct support in the area of personal injury, property damage and management of medical records. Born and raised in China, Susie is fluent in Mandarin. Outside of the office, Susie enjoys watching movies, listening to music and traveling with her family.

Melinda joined Becker Law Group in October 2021 as a member of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Practice Group. She graduated from American University in Washington D.C. with a background of public communications. Melinda provides direct support in the area of personal injury, property damage, and marketing. Prior to joining Becker Law Group, Melinda worked in a boutique immigration law firm in Pasadena, California with a focus on employment-based immigration.

Melinda is fluent in English and Mandarin.
